Three Digital Health Programs Now Available

If you’ve wanted to quit smoking or lower your cholesterol or blood pressure, these new digital behavior change programs are for you. Access these directly from your A Healthier You™ portal from the Health Coaching tab within each of the following Care Plans:

  1. Quit Smoking
  2. High Blood Pressure
  3. High Cholesterol

These programs are designed to help you maintain a healthy lifestyle and develop good habits:

  • Access a suite of resources and education materials.
  • Receive text message reminders and encouragements.
  • Engage in monthly digital coaching sessions.
  • Earn points for registering for the program and completing coaching sessions. These points can be used in monthly sweepstakes!
